His goal was to combine ominous atmospheric sound and dark textures with the impact of death-metal. To top it off, his songs are also an outlet for him to explore various lyrical themes, including isolation and depression, as well as the paranormal and consideration about the afterlife and the meaning of life and death.  Post Luctum’s music is a great example of his sonic vision, marking a really unique step forward for this artist, whose sound is becoming increasingly more personal and defined, one release at a time.
